It can be hard to avoid the siren song and spectacle of the Las Vegas Strip, but if you're even the slightest bit willing to venture out, you'll be rewarded with excellent food and a much more complete experience of the city.
Just 11 miles off The Strip, inside the Red Rock Casino is the latest addition to the Lotus of Siam family of restaurants. Chef Saipin Chutima's menu focuses on a style of cooking from Northern Thailand, using family recipes which have been passed down through several generations.
The Kana Moo Krob (crispy pork with stir fried gailan vegetables), Garlic Prawns, and the Khao Soi (egg noodles in curry with coconut) are all excellent.

Framed artwork is carefully placed into a wood gallery frame with a ¾” thick border. The matted artwork is protected with premium clear plexiglass and sealed with framing tape.
