Restaurants have long provided a setting for us to celebrate some of life's most important moments - And when life gets a little rough, restaurants are there to feed us a familiar and comforting meal.

 

So many beautiful moments happen while we're sitting around a table full of food, surrounded by those we love.

I love illustrating the places that connect us back to good times with our favorite people, and this is my way of capturing a piece of those memories to share with you.

Also, here's a picture of me eating the biggest oyster I've ever seen at The Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo, Japan. It was absolutely delicious and I still dream about it to this day.
